Do not look good....normally when she turns on a Tuesday it means the bigger trend is resuming, still got a count down to the 42750ish futures level!

 

If SPX breaks the 1953 pivot (sure looks that way) then down she goes again!

 

Beginning of earning season tend to be weak so wondering if we're not going to go down into next week and then only turn around, still maintaining my Intermediate IV count even if she goes lower, next cycle high is in December so interesting times!That should be an awesome dip to buy....

43500 futures might just have been the low for this move, know I am not supposed to pick a bottom but charts don't support a move lower, there is no negative divergence on the monthly chart yet and still supporting my view that this is only Intermediate IV of Major 5 of Primary III.

I am waiting for a retest tomorrow of the 43500ish futures level and will start accumulating longs....this move is overextended and according to Elliot we will see new highs into year end!Interest rates are still low and although QE ends this bull will march on into next year, where else are investors going to put their money!!?

My take we could see 44700 futures before Minor 2 of Intermediate V kicks off, the high could come tomorrow...!

Keeping a close eye on it, agree we not out of the woods but the charts getting into shape, no doubt a short term high is not far away (no negative divergence yet) so the retracement into end of week will say a lot....!
