Early weakness (dumb money) is normally a sign of strength!
Looks like an inverse H&S on the 60min chart with a double head that is very bullish...so maybe not today but new highs to follow soon!
Still looking at that NFP date for a possible high (normally goes with important tops).

the dip to get rid of your shorts will come so dont be hasty would be my advice so if you can manage it and make money on the longs keep that up

having said that i dont know from when you have had these, but you should be earning some money from them on the interest

I find trading like body surfing, catch the right one and you will make it all the way to the beach.

Banked 390 P in total.My best in months. Offloaded all my longs. Still dragging a whole bunch of shorts with me which I married when I was still trading with no plan. Hope I can get rid of it real soon.

JSE permits select manipulators (for a fixed fee) to place and cancel and to place and move orders to both buy and sell contracts via high speed equipment (located adjacent to their own computers). This is visible on the screen and presents an obvious effect to anyone with eyes. Why anyone would permit such obvious maladministration is beyond me.

No reason to go short, but a bit scared to lose what I've got. Emotions and not common sense are talking.
It is just a principle that i follow, if we are in a bull market and i have a long position that is in the money, it makes sens to hold that position, because finding another one of the same quality might be difficult. In other words sit tight, only when you can provide yourself with a valid reason for going short can you start thinking of closing a good quality long position.
