  1. Trusting strangers on an anonymous chat forum can be a risky business. Even more risky than the stock market.
  2. I have tried to warn the vulnerable, being those without adequate savvy: e.g.: https://swrict.blogspot.com/2018/11/sharechat-warning.html
  3. Vultures circle hereabouts. Give them control and say goodbye to your money.

How do you read it? Do you think i will get another chance?

Yes. I would like to see a conclusive gap close then expect minute wave 5 to conclude the minor wave. For a 38% correction (typical) expect about 800 pips.

Went short at 46700 for the gap closer. Blinded. Did not read as 47000. No wonder I was confused.

What index version are you following. I ask because your short opportunity on the JSE ALSI futures Sept contract was a good call but it happenned 20 minutes before your post.

yes it is in fact exactly that one. reason why you think it is a good call?

according to my system it peaked at 46745 this morning

Good morning everyone!

Clearly a day for the bulls.

Anyone out there that thinks shorting at 47000 may be a good idea? i am considering doing that.

your input highly appreciated.

Thanks Snippit...

You use very high timeframes whereas I am always down in the weeds....

I didn't even know that Tencent was traded in the US ...

But technically at present up to V on Monday then all the way down to 4

For a normal impulsive the 3rd should extend sufficient above the 1st to permit a 4th of similar price action to the 1st without it entering the price zone of the 1st. The 3rd often extends in order to comply. But the game is like a stage play that has a lot of allowance for some adlib according to the audience sentiment and fundamentals such as mean reversion like when the bus drivers have another strike.

If resources have bottomed then it is written that natural selection moves along via sector rotation.

Of the 1st move in the 3rd subwave that is.

Fundamentally our stock market will always be in a bull trend because of the inflation of our currency/economy...

Never mind the worlds greatest FIAT currency...

However companies will come and go...

But technically at present up to V on Monday then all the way down to 4 (ALSI 44800) in three subwaves,,,,,

Before up again....

However to KIS this is a shallow correction  before continuing the downtrend...

Which makes sense if the US carries on down,,,

Fundamentally all we have is the ZAR going to Hell to keep the Bulls going nevermind ECB tapering and FED raising rates...

Nevermind the devils in our government  trying to break our economy,,,,

But if Naspers continues its downtrend,,

Amen!!!

Not sure what he means but the ratios found in musical octaves can be used to forecast time and price levels
