I have actually been adding @ 47200



Will see if this breaks me or makes me.



Closed some @ 47000


I will close the rest @ about 46600-500.

Finally, a good yielding short.

All closed between 600&500 & long @46530

Earning season kicks off soon and learned the hard way to be short the whole time in a such a month...not to say the bears are gathering their armies but will have to see if we see a new high again latter July, then the fun should start...putting in a nice reversal candle now! :P

Thanks for the tip A. Will have to catch i nice an high though, to be comfortably in the money when it gets going else i cant sleep at night. :)

Wingnut - feel your pain.

 

Was closed out for 211p profit due to limit I put in place and was to slow to move it - lost out on 100p plus.

Ah what the hell. I also had a stop trigger on me this morning, but got back in a bit later which paid off. There was a lot more to be made but.... Who was it that said? "Ive never taken a loss by making a profit"

Hi A, been a while. Im bearish with you and the next timeframe for me to fully confirm it is 4HR. 46400/380 will provide support. Im short 46980 with 1st target 46400 then 300. From there only time will tell. As long as the current daily support trend line holds north she will go :) but lets see...

With earning season approaching and with the 1st that rallied so hard got a hunch this bull is not dead yet...but still maintain my bearish view but for the big drop only to start last week of July...IMO!

 

Big drops need distribution!

I tend to agree go bear, also look at how much pressure is in play to go down, That is enough to drive the JSE down even with the financials up about 1 percent. I get the impression today is still an effort to return the market to the bull just as it was in the last small drop. the old rand dollar thing as a reason for this does not work with the amounts the dollar changes versus the amount the market moves. the time of the bear is coming, these artificial supported drops are just making the inevitable worse, let the bear eat.

I am going to hang in there a bit longer before i close. I will wait until we get the Fed Reserve announcement tomorrow. I think a interest rate hike is due. But i will lock in some profit and see this thing trough.

Taking some profit off the table, if this is intermediate 4 we could see some more top building...so another bounce could play out before the decent down under! B)
