Jip, thanks, makes sense.

It would be foolhardy not to believe wave (iv) is now complete.

Wave (v) is the tricky one. I like target 46490 from before.

A fib ration of 1.682 of wave (iv) is about 46350.

It should at least double top although there is no strong guideline for any particular ratio and it can also drop short of that.

Whatever, it is prudent to be alert for the end of wave (v) because its a long drop after that.

I still think we have more business to the downside...such a 5H reversal candle normally brings more red than we've seen, and around roll-overs the retracements can surprise!

Nasdaq hasn't really retraced yet and US overall is still quite overbought!

Just IMO...

But kudo's for calling these waves V!

Africa will never be regarded as adult until all of its organisations stop admiring and protecting criminal dictators.

MSM et al presents (sponsored) opinion as fact and seeks to indoctrinate. Journalists without ethics proliferate in a swamp of filthy lucre (BBC inclusive).

In response to decades of racism by fearful minority whites called apartheid there will be an eternity of racism by revengeful majority blacks called all kinds of excuses.

Corruption is not yet compulsory but it may as well be - Aggressive africanization uses the racist Employment Equity Act as a club.

Too many humans are too busy copulating to bother about the irresponsible, unsustainable and progressively catastrophic population explosion.

Whilst humanity prevails so will evil. Evil will survive and thrive through sophisticated indoctrination and other conscience-suppressing disguises.

Desmond Tutu has been praying for the downfall of the ANC since 2011. Clearly he needs some assistance with such a difficult and worthy task..

Cockroaches still lurk on sharechat because it is prime real estate for their con artistry, duping and grand theft.

I seem to remember the last time SA had rolling load shedding, the markets dropped because of it. Is this statement true, and do you think it will happen again?

Hopefully the hurricane on this thread is now over and we can focus on sharing some positive trading inputs.

Was short since after 2200 last night at 45700. Got cold feet this morning when the PA went up and closed it prematurely. Bad decision...

I have S1 @ 45 578....already broken
S2 @ 45 436

No position ATM.

Flip, het nou net die ander thread gelees!! Woes se ek jou! Woes!!!

Plasma you having fun at my expense i see..Good stuff hay!!
and BTW i i sent you the pm for the OUV this morning. Did you use it? How much you made? Did you care to thank me? Did u bank my commission as agreed?

HDB...not sure what to make of you post....an attempt at some humour obviously the failed...sorry about that.

The 2nd part pertaining to the OUV....I contemplated it ito of my pre-session assessment. I expected a pullback rather than a jump higher...since I had a short already, I sat which opposing sets of information/perspectives. I closed my short at a small profit when the market went lower, and sat and watched the PA unfold for many hours until later the afternoon.

So sorry ...I cannot pay you commission...I cannot thank you....I made nothing....

This is weird....

Trade calcs for June 12th T40 Futures June contract

Wave (iii) start 44717 end 46040 = 1323. A retrace of 38.2% of 1323 would be 505.

So target for wave (iv) = 46040 - 505 = 45535.

The low was 45728. The a-b-c pattern for the A down-leg completed giving 46040 - 45728 = 312. The 38.2% retrace of this is at 45847.

For leg C to equal leg A (as is typical) and finish at target 45535 it needs to commence from 45535 + 312 = 45847.

Now that is just an amazing coincidence.

All I use is basic Elliott wave theory and Fibonacci ratios. You can do this yourself.

Awesome stuff, thanks! I am truly intrigued by EW and Fibs!

*edit* Calculating for wave (v) up from 45535 brings it to 46500's round about?

And now for something genuine (which is genuinely rare hereabouts)

Not only what I think can happen, but also how I get there. You need to be able to do this.

Those who say they will do this type of thing for you are con artists and they have a plan to take you to the cleaners. You can trust no one around here or anywhere on the internet. They are everywhere, they always have been and they always will be. I have been taken by these crooks. I want nothing only to stop others being taken.

The 1929 level is the next pivot point for the S&P. Should continue down there if 1945 does not hold.
