Hi Trader1, nope. I believe Afroasia sold their stake to Christo Wiese's Converge

List of major share holders as at 28 Feb 2014 :
Trinity Asset Management (Pty) Ltd 31.21%
AfrAsia Special Opportunities Fund Ltd. 30.62%
Armadale Capital Plc 29.91%

Although the actual major shareholders have changed since the 28th of February, I do not think the free float of about 9% has changed much.

 

The free float is quite small so approximately about 75 million shares available from 833 million

Just a headsup. I phoned around and found out that the results will most likely be coming out on Monday.

I am also very keen to see the margins, i hope they don't miss the deadline.

How they made a profit is very important. I'll also be looking out for profit margin percentage seeing that they get the raw material at no cost. A high profit margin boast very well for MRI

What is it that we want the results to say? We already have the earnings estimates as well as know where it's coming from...

My feeling is that potential investors will only feel confident in investing once results are produced and not just an estimate. Hence why I want management to produce the documents through the SENs announcement.
