Does anyone have any idea why Gold Fields is getting pounded harder than any of the other gold miners?

Sabc news reported that striking miners have lost R6b (billion) rands in wages.... Wonder how much of this translates to reduced sales for shoprite and similar consumer co's?

Pretty sure them miners wages don't drive the new vehicle sales numbers or demand for new home loans

Retailers got surprise re-pricing coming soon...

yep, affects lower end retailers only and probably only in the platinum belt.

still, not good for the economy

Do not try and bend the market. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. Then you'll see, that it is not the market that bends, it is only yourself.

Hope you not serious! Never wager more than 2% on a single trade. This game is all about managing risk.

Time to double up on this KIO dip.

Here goes the kitchen sink, current price 404, looking to average down to below 390.

Portfolio will be constipated on KIO

Closed CML long @ 97.95. Listening to advice. Had exceeded my 20% target run on CFD margin.

Just be wary of selling winners to double up losers - learnt that the hard way with anglos and cml...
