I also live here and the last thing I want is for the ship Im sailing in to be fatally damaged and sink with me and my family on board.
I think the damage is repairable but how much damage has still to be done before the repairs can begin.
Hopefully the electorate will wise up before its too late but .........

While SA does have some serious problems they will be sorted out, me hopes cos I likes to live here.
The more pertinent question that I have is twofold.
Has the structural economic damage that has been done irreversible...?
Also will the clown in charge still be in charge come next year..!post elections.

I have to admit that I am pretty concerned.
I am not usually pessimistic but what I see and read these days gives me sleepless nights.
This is very scary! And I think very true. It seems to be a very likely scenario, which may already be underway.
The only way for Gilmarkus to stop the ZAR's plunge could be to raise interest rates
