Up 11.4% since listing ... slow but steady.

What do you base your decision on to invest in ATT?

Apologies for the late reply Immobilier - been around the Karoo on my bike...in the rain.

 

What strikes me about ATT is;

 

1) it's not a REIT but a Capital Growth Fund with a NAV of R10b.

 

2) today's book build was oversubscribed on R900m ... as was it's listing. 

 

3) they are not solely SA based but 25% will be external in Africa.

 

4) very interesting expansion plans already in construction phases in GP, and

 

5) I like the feel of the George (Garden Route) Mall.

 

Sure, no doubt this is long term but I would easily have doubled my IPO investment if I had had the funds.

Lots of noise in the online print about it's future potential. I feel it's a gamble much like any other on the JSE so bought 6000 shares for the LTP.

Dipped my toe into the water today and got 1400 shares at R16.65. There was a big flurry this morning.

Gonna see how it goes. Will give me a chance to buy back if needed.

I’m a buyer. Even in this market and sector they look strong and have sound plan. Not saying others don’t, but, the business and buildings they own and develop seem strong for the future. I would like them in my portfolio.
