That 6810 level on FTSE was important to brake. Could fall easy to 6775 now taking us closer to the 45600 level

6813 first and now 6775

Closed my shorts, the FTSE at strong support and i think bounce more likely. But if it falls it will be heavy so will get back in then.

The 204ma is still up on 5min. Still feels the trend is up, although it's down on 30min.

Ettas, HDB

It is futures close-out activity, nothing sinister.

Open Interest changes:

Sept ALSI - 7368 down to 131 855 and

Dec ALSI  +6927 up to 51 048.

The same will keep on happening until next Thursday (close-out). In the old days the total Open Interest postion was rolled on 1 day. Now the guys start at least 2 weeks in advance. So it is a book-over from one contract to the other. Book-overs will take place in real-time, ie set bid/offer spread for the Sept contract, converted to a set bid/offer spread for the Dec contract. Not corruptible, unless the JSE and SAFEX plays along.

There u go...Thanks Ben

jokes aside, It just sounds like yet another system that's easy corruptible if you  half clever, greedy and flushed enough with cash....but it could just be me whinning

Tx saw that, still think it will visit S1. So it needs to be above 0 and ema13 must cross ema34 on 30min to confirm long, otherwise stay short. Is that correct. Think it will go to pivot and reverse. Lets see

yes good call ur short....bears defended their territory!!

wonder for how long though!!
