went long at 44160 on signal, still in , finding the exit is difficult. I usually use the pivot points but on a monday I dont usually take much notice of them because of IG trading over the weekend

i've pre-empted system by going short on bottom 44103 but against system signal(no discipline
) once there's crossover of ma3/10 and cci at 45 degree break above 0...yes - long
