I am with you BlythZ. It looks very green from IMO. Pound at 18.25 at the moment. I have a question. Why is their an over 400 point difference between the ALSI and IG Cash? Shouldn't the 2 indexes be closes to each other?
difference of +-440 point as of this morning

Yesterday there was a very good dividend on Cash, 95pips if i am not mistaken and the Futures is now December so the difference is the interest and dividends factored in till December futures close out, at least that is what i understand.
The 2 indexes will be closer to each other the closer we get to December futures close out

Welcome back HDB. Really missed you. Thanks for the UOV.

Lets try an OUV with just the 2 factors that we were to adjust for.
1. FTSE went up about 60pips since close yesterday, so 60 * 6.5 = 390pips on ALSI
2. GBP/ZAR went up by 15cents since close yesterday, so 15 * 12 = 180pips on ALSI
Lets adjust for BHP Billiton (-10.23) and Naspers (+27.94)
Adjust for price movement already factored in up 210pips
So what we should have is 390 + 180 + 27.94 - 10.23 - 210 = 377.71pips
Lets say i am 50% wrong that would leave us with 188pips up.
I am taking this trade, will set a 200pips limit!
P.S make your own judgement before you trade this

Took a long on system at 46450 and out at 46510. I still miss HDB but feel better now.
I was long from yesterday and was afraid that the loss would continue eating into my profits but price was above 204 EMA and decided to hold on, later on had to step away from my desk so i decided to set a limit of 50 pips * 2 contracts and happy to have bailed out with a profit.
My account would be healthier if HDB was around

Broke the 13 & 34 MA, CCI 50 through Zero, it's just the 204ma holding it back
No momentum, it's dead.
