Love this one for the long term, still haven't bought yet, going to wait and see if it drops more as I'd like to get in at like R35.

MTA will be the next CML for sure. Only 3 weeks of there Turkish acquisition profits were booked in their last earnings report. The next one will shoot the lights out.

Future outlook looks promising as some countries have already passed the emissions law whereby all new cars must

be fitted with the stop/start battery by 2017.

MTA is not without risks but it has a management team with a proven track record, a structural driver for growth in the form of emissions legislation and a high technological barrier to entry. The current valuation undervalues the earnings potential of the core business & doesn't account for the potential market for Start/Stop batteries & further acquisitions. MTA share value should be north of R60
