indeed....its just shorts into closeout is very untrustworthy....even when markets are tanking alsi does the craziest things...charts mean didley in this environment....take points where you can..

OI is very low though...so we should have a 'normalised' (not radical moves up or down) closeout.

ok out shorts...351....no pozzis...re enter below 287....long above 367 ..10 minutes

gap could close 547? below 300 and we go to 46096?

ok next test of 627...687 close longs....if we get there..alsi looks finished for the HOD  day then I'l watch for swing short...just a fear pullback...must  look long into wednesday..review

If 538 can't hold ill look for short. This could be a stall and final push higher a bit later. Alsi not looking too strong but neither is a short looking great. Alsi confused.

agreed Mr Z..techs look very good for bulls....at least into closeout...47897..48337 IMO...only sell pivot break..watch weekly pivot...any one wanna post weekly pivot inputs  please?

Technicals are very Bullish ..The market tested and held the breakout level which was also the 23.6 fibo retrac. level. On the dailies we have also made a tweezer bottom ....Lessee..In contrast to what I am feeling ..but techs are mostly correct.

great looking short term bottom for alsi...I was expecting her to be below 45000....the dow is discounting higher oil and a lower DOllar....this will confuse many in the next few weeks...alsi will be lower than 46000 after closeout....much lower IMO of course...but lets trade the foofi slide..

but the daay is not over....45611 could close today. Yar

----the 155 ema is the line in the support sand for both 1 10 minute chart

out 20 contracts longs entry 45457..out 45800...now that gap at 45610 worries me and perfect for pivot test. lessee...no pozzi now

Was that the extent of the upside you expected? Or is the real rally still coming?

Mr J I covered my long below pivot 723. Took profit on short cover at S1 and currently still have my long which I'll get rid of below S1 for total loss of around 100 bp. Target for long 46072.

Mr J...the trend is down....one is supposed to be short....and we are below pivot...but as I wish to be a professional and play absolute alpha, when we read some bounce possible and take 20 contracts and close with 159...213 points that is some ZAR30 000  profit.....made  anti-trend....

 

-------most people would be delighted with that...while the market is not falling it is  rising...and cash can be made on these jumps..vice versa....
