Haha think they need help from Jooster's maths classes.

If they stop the suite and agree on settlement they get Eur 0.16 (about per share) then my estimate of the share price if GS is passes Eur 0.25 (minimum) that gives a total value of Eur 0.41 in a few days time. By pushing liquidation they get Eur 0.096 maximum in August 2031!!! Rest my case!!!

If they accept and keep the 41 mil SNH shares they will get all their money with interest by 2031 quite sure the Share price would be over Eur 3 by then.

Agreed. I think they very specifically positioned it as the lawyers asking independent consultants to do the valuation.

If the valuation was completely off or higher than the settlement I don't think that they would have leaked it.

I think it is also to show creditors that if they don't vote they will get much less if they don't except the settlement

this is very interesting with regards to a timeliness if SNh should be liquidated. I think this was done with TT case in mind. They won't see anything until 2033...another great move by management to have a report like this prepared. It must have costed a penny but I think this will be used in the TT case
