Hi DTD. I saw this on the Reddit thread. Looks like the TimbukOne download, can't verify as I can't log in right now.
Thanks CowboyTrader very interesting so obviously PIC not scared of SNH being liquidated. If they just spent R82 mil (assuming average price of R1.50) looks to me they will accept the deal. The same for Old Mutual!!!

More than total company shares.
For sure a good sign, considering that almost all of them have been traded above 0,1 €.

With regards to Steinhoff's debt - we know its operating units have low debt in the capital structure and are financed independently.
Couldn't steinhoff for a portion of their debt pass it on to its subsidiaries (at a favorable rate).
I am not sure of the mechanics here but its subsidiaries could buy some of the debt and then provide favorable rate.
We obviously know that their rate will reduce once claims are sorted but they still will have too much debt in their capital structure so this could be a way to reduce it further in addition pepco IPO etc.

haha thats going to backfire in the court of public opinion. It is understandable though that they want the case to be prioritized so that we can get the mess behind us.

I'm starting to add a little more every day. Hoping for it to get a little cheaper but it's still a good price if you're willing to hold long term imho
Have been adding consistently since 85c
Sitting on a low cost value.
The question I keep asking myself is a simple (and arguably a naive one?)
If this share was going to ZERO, it’s had AMPLE opportunity to do so by now. Hence, I add every month as a percentage of portfolio.
Share goes bust? I knock 5% off my portfolio, share goes to the moon? Well I try not flirt with that idea TOO MUCH
