That article has the comment..

"It was not just Markus but a whole band of individuals around him who not only supported him but encouraged and worked together with him on the various schemes. The magnitude of this crime could not have been created by one man but rather an entire team of individuals who clearly understood the modus operandi and continued driving the process in their own divisions with the oversight from the core management team. One just needs to unpack each of the entities whether its the retail (Steinhof) or industrial (KAP) divisions and will discover how assets were bought and sold between them to inflate their values to leverage more so that they could raise capital for further acquisitions. This created an artificially inflated balance sheet on paper but in reality it had no substance."

some thoughts..

How many co-conspirators are still active or looking for the next opportunity?

How much balance sheet substance ever existed? has this deception been fully fixed?

What impact will the documentary have on the share price?

Answers appear to be in the unknown category, which would appear to be the ongoing constant in this endless saga.

  1. Trusting strangers on an anonymous chat forum can be a risky business. Even more risky than the stock market.
  2. I have tried to warn the vulnerable, being those without adequate savvy: e.g.: https://swrict.blogspot.com/2018/11/sharechat-warning.html
  3. Vultures circle hereabouts. Give them control and say goodbye to your money.

The bet now is on whether the lenders will do that, I am amazed that all the time they had during phase 2 , debt wasn't discussed in parallel, they should have an answer already on this. Logically its a bit worrying but lets see, place your bets

I think it would not be good to sort the debt in phase too because thrn shareholders would want more. I trust management they kept the ship steady until now so its just time.

I do believe SNH will survive in the long term but lenders will have to reduce interest rate and take a haircut on the debt. It is unfortunate the event taking place in the world making it even more deficult. SNH still has solid business growing at fairly fast rate.

I’d love to think they will survive (and logic tells me they should after the effort of the last few years to get to Jan 2022), but right now I see nothing that gives me confidence for the next 12-18 months.

Your target is imminent!

Until the market turns or debt is solved, cant see this stock being pumped, long-term hold is in order if you believe they will survive

I’m still in. Big time unfortunately. Like I said before, I have no reason to be confident it’ll happen anytime soon. I have no doubt the updates are true but the communication and shareholder engagement has been woeful and there’s nothing to discern a deliverable output soon. I should have known better and taken the profit in Jan.
