I only managed to catch a piece of the presentation.
Did the debt forward plan get addressed head on?
What I heard and what I read in the deck is underwhelming. I truly see no concrete plan to get the debt down while retaining shareholder value.
I am afraid we’ll be back to selling the last few crown jewels and a fresh resolution to issue more shares for debt. With a recession and rate hikes looming I am even more skeptical. I see the share price staying depressed for at least the next year and really regret not cashing out in Jan. I should’ve read the tea leaves then already.
why did no one answer this

Still can’t shake the feeling of being drip fed years later.
Now there’s talk of more litigation and possible further fines for pre-2017 issues.
Complexity and regulatory requirements apply to all listed companies. For SNH it’s a smokescreen IMHO.
