 CVA Long-Stop Date under the SEAG CVA and the SFHG CVA to 9 August 2019.

 

Is the market already pricing in a request to extend???

IR seems to be on holiday, is not reacting to simple questions..... or is not allowed....even that can be told

May just be an off equity market. May not be about steinhoff. I think we may see a small run on share but a major run to 25 cents after restructuring announcement. Germany and many dont think this is doable and even if doable not sure what equity will be left for shareholders... This and q3 update will be an eye opener

Maybe..... Chart has not a lot of resistance if once a run starts......

Media is becoming silent around Steinhoff. Last month daily articles where published and so far this month there where one or 2. I think something is in the bush.

 

Interesting tho is that last week the price on xetra (Main bourse) dropped to 0,015. This drop has expired all Call option on L&S. Some people have lost lots of money within a second.

 

On the german forum someone posted that IR has responded that an finance update will be issued soon.

Next week or even today some happens?.....

 

Within a second the price on xetra fell to 0,015 cents. Something big is about to happen. Watch this space. Or someone accidentally sold his shares with no bottom.

Looking at Intu’s shareholders, according to FactSet, Coronation Asset Management holds 17% of the company. PIC next biggest at 6%. Insiders or connected shareholders own 44.5%, includes Donald Gordon Family Interests of 3%. A Coronation bet gone wrong - again (Afbank, Steinhoff)

 

Now not even bricks and mortar are safe!!!! Lots of SNH out there and seems Coronation is getting a fair share of them!!!

Written in 2009 100% accurate !!! Some of my favorites below:

 

Lesson 2
Bashers bring up old news that you have heard many times. All companies always have a few bits of bad news. The basher will post these bits over and over again. The stupid basher will try to make the old news a bit fresher to try to fool you. Don’t be fooled!

Bashers post many times a day. They try to wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can answer every question. To hear them say it, they know it all.

There is no positive comment they won’t bash. They try to control the board with their negativity. If they seem to be working on this one stock full time, that’s because they are! Even more than full-time.

Bashers will try to create doubt and get you to research items that they know will lead to the creation of doubt in you and in other stockholders. A typical trick of an advanced basher is to propose that there is a potential “problem” because “we” don’t have the facts on a particular subject. The basher dares someone in the group to find out the answer to the question. The basher already knows the answer and knows what you will find. The power of this tactic is that the basher is now in control of the actions of the stockholders; the basher has you in his web of lies. Most stockholders will do due diligence when confronted with a questionable news story. When the stockholder cannot confirm or deny the story because of too much conflicting information, the basher gains credibility.

 

 

Now, and here is the thing...answer honestly.  Who on this chat do those quotes remind you of?  You know the answer, don't you!  Every single person on this forum should read this article and make up their own minds.

 

Some of us have been trying to warn people on this forum for a long time.   The sheer negativity and incessant lies, fraudulent statements, etc does wear one down.  You also need lots of time to continuously respond to their drivel!  Sadly only DTD stayed the course - well done bro.  I sadly do not have the time.
