When I asked the Investor Relations oke, the answer I basically got was “you will hear when your hear”. Seemed not to care and quite defensive at the same time.
Meanwhile, for the umpteenth day, the share keeps dropping. Surprised the noise on here is not louder🤷🏼♂️

my two cents is that the settlement should be finalized....there is still. A window for people to apply for it . After all that ia said and done then they will be able to value tje businessIs it just me or is the silence from mgt deafening? Price has been steadily dropping since Jan post-settlement when it should be going the other way!
Even after the last plan at the AGM a was shot down, there should be some communication.
I don’t like the silence. I don’t like it one bit.

Dear xxx
Thank you for your email.
As stated clearly by the CEO at the AGM – there are currently no plans to either buy back or issue shares. Please bear in mind that the group has almost EUR10bn in debt. In addition the Resolution for the Managing Directors Share Plan was voted down.
A huge amount has been achieved by this management team over the past four years resulting in a significant reduction in the risks associated with the company. The unqualified audit opinion confirmed that. The focus now is to complete step 3 of the three-step plan (restructure the debt in line with the reduced risk assessment).
Kind regards
Tyrrel Murray

Operative word being ‘currently’
Fact remains; if it was voted through, we’d be sitting with quite the bill to pay.

Market is spooked now that the cat is out of the bag regrading issuing shares to raise capital.
Double edged sword. Shareholders voted it down, so unless management has a plan b, future still looks uncertain.
