Sense announcement

 

As announced on 30 January 2018, the Company received a compliance notice from the
CIPC confirming that the Company should take steps to investigate the previously reported
accounting irregularities in terms of the South African Companies Act No 71 of 2008 ("the
Act") within a period of six months from the date of the compliance notice and to bring the
necessary actions that may be required in terms of the Act.

On 11 September 2018 Steinhoff received a Compliance Certificate from the CIPC
confirming that it is satisfied that the requirements set out for compliance have been met
on 24 July 2018.

Shareholders and other investors in the Company are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the securities of the Group.

I do ..everything pointing in up direction...plus finance companies must seen something hopeful to sign up for 3 years unless they blinking barking....which is unkind comment of mine as names myself after my deceased Labrador

 

I'm also positive about the share, BUT remember these finance companies are smart and will have exit plans etc. The thing that I'm concerned about its debt-equity swap or SNH issues more share that will dilute the share. This could mean that the share could never reach the levels we want/expect/need. 

 

This is incredibly high risk but there is still, IMO, a 70%+ that you could double your money. Tripling?... not so much and only if you're willing to sit on this share for 5+ years I would say. When you think about it that way, everyone on this forum chatting away are here to try and double their money and cash out in about a year or two.

Itll dip again for sure...nature of life.. up and down ...question is how much..but i want at least 200000 shares if this is going 7 and up...i only have half that at mo

Progress has been made to lower the risk and this will break out heavy by November my guess

Would really like to know affect if Mattress firm does bankruptcy under chapter 11 to closed their dud stores and keep rest. Even though this would be positive, I  fail to see that the share price wouldn't drop drastically do the the "Bankcrupcy" word, can anyone enlighten me?
