I think Snippits chart says low R2. 25 then it seems like it would develop.... His previous chart said zilcho.....which is Pollys big fat ZERO lol.

So if the previous chart said 0 and didnt materialise, whats to say R2.25 is an accurate predictor?

VEB: Deloitte will most likely pay for Steinhoff

Auditing firm Deloitte would be the most likely source of funds to compensate Steinhoff shareholders in the class action gathering steam in the Netherlands.
“I think the auditor is possible for funds. Then insurers, then the banks,” said Paul Coenen, in-house attorney of VEB, the Dutch nonprofit organisation that has launched the class action.

I am waiting for the price to dip with the silence and will try to get some just before the 20th when german court should give an indication on whether court proceedings can progress... May get a massive dump on the go ahead and will try to pick up some then as well.
Did not get my share purchase earlier in the week. Will keep funds to pickup.

Much of the questioning in parliament revolved around an SMS Jooste sent to colleagues in which he admitted to "big mistakes

Expect german court to delay proceedings to wait for information from pwc.... As snh deferring blame.....

If you can't demonstrate fraud... Or going to spend years just with Markus... How would the shareholders demonstrate fraud with snh..... Many many many many many court cases....

See Tesco as a case study... Small settlement for adr and nil for shareholders... 3 years in already...

Every Monday morning we all think....today is gonna be the day that we will see this share reaching new highs just to see average or below performance and it steadily dropping as we approach the dreaded Fridays. 

 

To me it looks like the statements made  by Mr Jooste, especially about his wrong selection of that  Austrian partner, only hit home a bit later and it seems that  the share price was punished for that???

Lets hope Monday 10/9 will be a new dawn on the share price. We want it to move up and close on a new high every day!!!

When pwc and q 4 report comes out end dec unless steinhoff bust thats when youll see the big increases and hard buy in again cheap...im hoing hold through that as lenders have a very good inkling of debt allready as wouldn't signed 3 year agreement without being pretty sure....thes are huge institutes and lot cross checking before they agreed hence the delays...

The feeling was strong on that R1. 80...
Gonna wait and see the resistance on R2. 50 before I come in..... If it does fall below R2. 50 then R2. 25 will be a very good buy but gonna keep some left over incase it drops further which I do not see happening but u never know with Pollys Mr Market

Im buying more at 2.50
...but will only bring my average to 3 so still a long wait for me...but can see 7 to 12 so clearly...i dont think pwc report going be bankrupt situation and if im correct share will be up and away...

decent resistance at R2.50 on friday..... hard to tell on 1 days trade. if hold strong monday im going in 50% late monday afternoon.
i missed snh so much that i even had a dream bout this share haha....and it looked wow...gonna put it to the test

Chart makes a development that appears somewhat embryonic...
Monday is seldom the best day of the week to trade let alone speculate...
Must be away to the Casino... be back Tuesday maybe...
