Very interesting read if anyone feels like it. PWC values SNH above R9 a share.
Really hope Dec can come so that the report can be released... this is agony.

There’s an article on another where the share value is estimated at R20.
The reality is the market factors in risk and our current price is what it is even though there’s been a lot of good news recently. So while I hope the q results will help, I can’t see this making that much difference. Hopefully to over R5, where I’ll be happy to sell

It is helpful to see positive opinions, such as his.
History has shown us however that no-one can "predict" what this share will do.
Most Investment firms had it wrong before December's "bolt from the blue", and many will also now be guided by their emotion/opinion.
The R9, or 58cents EUR, that is referred originates from the Steinhoff half-year report already released in June.
Page 59 states the following:
"The NAV of the Group decreased from €2.8 billion at
30 September 2017 to €2.4 billion at 31 March 2018, which resulted in a decrease in the NAV per share from 64 cents to 58 cents per share."
Thanks for the info jtsuch, i read up his profile......snh does not have financials that is audited so those figures are B.S.
interesting if you go onto snh website they have annual report 2016, when u open it, it shows top of page 1 in red "information can no longer be relied on"
Snh is a big player with big money, there will be some truth to PwC report and more than likely bribes being payed not to publish the whole truth (opinion). JSE fining snh is a "clean" way of taking a bribe, to have a company listed on the stock exchange without audited financials? and JSE's story of waiting on Frankfurt is hogwash.
For sure we need positive opinions but not BS.....i have invested heavily on this share coz i feel its a risk worth taking (for me)
Anywayz im positive and hopeful but also weary.....today im just hoping that captain finds first gear!
