Then why has the stock not jumped? If it is public knowledge it should already be in the price.
This is not a stock I like or would I invest in, but I would say do your homework as a lot of investors would have lost serious money blindly following Keith McLachlan or Anthony Clarke into this.
If the prospects are so great why does the share drift down, ask yourself what the market knows that you do not. The market knows about the potential of Eskom already though.
Hopefully the market is wrong, it is possible especially with small caps so investing now may result in a quick profit for all I know about CIL, there are results coming out which will perhaps surprise on the upside, but always try and think what the market may be trying to say. You are going to need more than 50% to get back to where those have been punting it started saying it was cheap.
