Also have owned Greenbay for a year or so. Bought it because at the time gave good exposure to US REITS - which was hard to get at the time as well as coming out of the resilient stable - they have done so well in the past that the odds where good that they might do so again. To be fair, I only bought a small amount - just speculating.
Not sure I am a fan of investing in malls in the CEE as well as Portugal. Would prefer that they stick to a region - but the assets seem decent and won't be selling.
Have a larger holding in Sirius - like what they do, might add to it. My favorite overseas counter though is Polska Prop - but have done well with NepiRockcastle.
