Also have owned Greenbay for a year or so. Bought it because at the time gave good exposure to US REITS - which was hard to get at the time as well as coming out of the resilient stable - they have done so well in the past that the odds where good that they might do so again. To be fair, I only bought a small amount - just speculating.

Not sure I am a fan of investing in malls in the CEE as well as Portugal. Would prefer that they stick to a region - but the assets seem decent and won't be selling.

Have a larger holding in Sirius - like what they do, might add to it. My favorite overseas counter though is Polska Prop - but have done well with NepiRockcastle.

Agree, all those Resilient linked counters are good, but also take a look at my favourite SRE (Sirius). I like the concept of flexible office/storage space.

I love this smallcap Guito, i've been holding it for a year now, it's ticking up nice and slow but when you're in it for the long term, it's all good.

I must say Blackobar I do share your sentiments on this one

See that's why I am asking.
I like the fact that their investment strategy is balanced between direct investments and REITS. Also "According to Stanlib, Greenbay Properties was the best performer with a total return of about 23.4%, on various acquisitions." also "Greenbay expects a further 25% growth in dividends for the year ending September 2018."
The shares have good liquidity, the company is fairly new which means there is no legacy issues and the company has partnered with some of the big boys on the the foreign deals. Also if you consider who the biggest shareholders are in the company together with the fact that these big shareholders were willing to raise the necessary capital for the company within a few hours when they needed to raise equity.
Maybe it's just a hunch but in my own opinion (and note it is only in my opinion) I think the company is well equipped to deliver great results in the future (medium to long with some short term spurts).
Please let me know your views on them?

Any take on Greenbay? Properties. Growing company, successful deals, foreign exposure which is looking particularly good right now given the current state of things and based on their last financials the yield can only get better
