Get your money out of here if you cannot get yourself out!   EPP pays in Euros.

Unlike S.A., Poland's economy was in a good state prior to their lock down and was not as adversely effected by Cov-19 as other European countries. According to the European Commission, Poland will cope with the fallout of the coronavirus crisis better than any other economy in the European Union.

Malls opened on the 27th April, kindergartens reopened from May 6. Hair dressers and restaurants opened on 18 May, though strict hygiene rules are in force.

EPP's NAV=1.32€. The dividend  it's with holding amounts to an annualised 37% (in Rand terms). In a 0.25% environment (Europe), that's a once in a life time opportunity to buy a Rand hedge, dirt cheap..

Unemployment is not expected to be adversely effected as a result of the epidemic.

Relaxing face mask rules, reopening theatres, gyms from Monday.

Good reason for investing in Echo-Polska:

https://www.business...-economy-2018-9

GDP growth > 6% versus SA's negative.

Would you say Monday is still a good time to buy in?

At the current price of R15.45 and Rand/Euro exchange of R14.80, it's a Rand hedge yielding 10% !!!

EPP continues to be well positioned to operate and benefit from favourable market conditions. The board is confident that the company will meet its 2017 full year dividend guidance of EUR10.8 cents per share.

EPP's dividend for the 12 month period to 31 December 2018 is forecast to increase by between 7.5% and 8.5%. That's in Euros!

A market on edge.

News of non-executive director involved in a small, questionable deal with a Polish senator sent the share tumbling 20% in  a day. Like EOH, it was a great buying opportunity. I got some at R14.50, now recovered to R17.00

“One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. Which road do I take? she asked. Where do you want to go? was his response. I don't know, Alice answered. Then, said the cat, it doesn't matter.” - Lewis Carroll
