besides BVT all others nice red...and im short 3 out of them   

 

You dont make money catching falling knives in this game. All expecting Mr market to give early Xmas pressies.  You may win 2 out of 5...but overall youll lose!

 

 

Um maybe our short term definitions are a bit different: Clicks, Naspers, Mr Price, BVT, MTN,  4 out of the 5 rose that day and I sold it on the very same day with some profit.

 

I bought aspen at 18535, minus brokerage fee I still gain around 1k profit, where I am going to sell now. This method consumes times as I have to check every now and then, but so far I have gain quite a bit

you need to do it yourself. IE self learn.  Plenty on internet

Trading is a process. Does not just happen. need at least 2 years schooling before you start or you will pay heavy school fees.

Only 5% make it at the end of the journey.

Why is aspen being sold off??

 

It was on 25p/e . Now at 12p/e

 

Sold it crown jewel at 25pe

 

Now future earnings growth very limited. Mr Market has its reason

 

At R140.00 ill be interested

Hi All,

 

Thought I would start a thread for short term shares, where we can share ideas and opinions.

 

My strategy is to have 5 shares of this type with a stop loss of 2%, so far i have made decent profits, but believe this can be optimized.

 

Shares I bought today are: Clicks, Naspers, Mr Price, BVT, MTN

 

If you look at the graphs, some of them didn't increase much, so planning on replacing some shares with ones that might have a higher return.
