Inverse H&S on 5 min chart neckline breached.

Looks like another 1% up day coming.

shorting at 42600?

I am watching the SP500 as well - surely we can expect the T40F's to reflect the last surge of buying will come if/when we break  SP500 on 1,850.  That will squeeze out the last of the shorts and give breakout traders a buy signal.  But given how much buying we've seen over the last two weeks, this breakout is likely the end of the move, rather than the start of a new leg higher.  Once everyone who was ready to buy, bought, the rebound will invariably stall on lack of demand.

I am watching the S&P500 as well -

Sideways markets are best suited for buying weakness and selling strength so I am looking for an exit as we are at upper end of the range.  so being high in Cash now it would be better for me to wait since chasing a market that ran so hard in last two weeks increases the risk of an intermediate pull-back and would make me a 'Johnny come lately'- but expecting a mostly range bound year for trading (partly due to reasoning of it being mid term election year in USA, election clowning in half the globe and consolidation for growth spring board in the making last year and this year for future)  I doubt that we are about to imploding to 38/37000 on T40F's on this wave down coming, but that would be nice and expected to happen some or other time this year!

Alsi will probably go up a bit this morning with Eastern and Australian markets and then drop later with UK stats - can't think that they will be any good with the weather they're having??

British pound supporting our market. Up from  R18.14 to R18.23 in last 30 minutes!!

Don't think the reversal is far from here.

Few things from my side:

1.  We shot up on declining volumes.

2.  Negative divergence on stochastics and MACD.

3.  Almost at the top of the bollinger band.

4.  I started to look at the Commodity Channel Index (CCI). Never really used it before. Looking back it gave real nice signals for the last few pullbacks. See the chart.

Just some observations...

Just hold your sell from 42600

Technicals will play out soon

Sunesis, can you please assist us by relating that back to the ALSI? to me it seems like positive news, yet you and others seem to be loading up on ALSI shorts.

Doesn't mean anything for the ALSI IMO.

100% of DAX stocks are trading above their 200-day MA. vs 73%, 79% & 71% for DOW, S&P & FTSE

This DAX index has quality stocks, it's in demand.
