ZAR will be toilet paper soon. My USD account just increased in value, USD/ZAR over R10.70 now.

 

R10.90 next target.

We had a false break up, a mean reversal candle on the weeklies together with negative divergence...and lastly I see this consolidation phase since Nov as primary wave 4 down (last leg kicked off)..so she might just go lower than 39500!

 

I see her possibly targeting our daily 200 around 38000, but will see when we get to the 21st!

My aggregate short position is already GREEN, and more to come! 

 

Think you're a bit optimistic on the downside, she doesn't usually go down to the daily 200 until the 2nd/3rd quarter!

Morning S, was afraid the offshore stock lights would keep you away from writing here. So you  see forces today pushing the S&P to 1839ish as retest for bull/bear control??  - do you see higher than that?   I will become bullish after stay above at that level for retest of previous highs on ALSI too

Bulls might even push for a move above 1841 on S&P.

My selling the rallies starting 1st Jan worked well.

Today i've bought DAX and Dow. 

 

Dow will test the  highs tonight and Dax will follow.

 

They might pull SA40 with.

So you  see forces today pushing the S&P to 1839ish as retest for bull/bear control??  - do you see higher than that?   I will become bullish after stay above at that level for retest of previous highs on ALSI too

IMO this December rally is nothing but smoke and mirrors.

That does not mean it cant go any further, but I will be waiting for a nice short opportunity.

US 10 year bond is @ 3%. Should be bearish for stocks.

I will wait for the big guys to get back from holiday, then start picking away @ a short. 

 

I am also short, as per my post in December.

I might have been a bit late, but didn't expect a drop before today.
