Whatsup with the FTSE today?  Seems like it set the trend and Alsi wants to follow. I'm hoping the Alsi does not disappoint today. A new high is what we need for the year to close on a high note.

There is definitely more value offshore than in the good ship RSA at present so I think you are making a sound decision. Happy holidays to you too. Hope you are still able to share your views from time to time.

Yes please mate. I also rarely trade the ALSI monster but rather use other indices. But I am sure all agree that insight can be found from what other indices do and they definitely influence the ALSI and Top40.

 

And we also agreed a little while back that despite the current name of this thread it is actually the "Indices" thread. Come on, don't pull a Kallis on us! You still have so much to contribute...

A, I hope you continue to be right. I wanna take profit at 417 and then short, although I expect we would maybe continue higher. Just based on the Alsi's irrational movements. Everyone expects down, then it rockets up.
