I'm just looking for FTSE to close above 6630 today.
Dax above 9400
Dow above 16200
S&P above 1814
Global indices are moving up while Top40 is crap
With you on the FTSE.
I think the Top40 must follow at some point. Maybe it's my hope/expectation that clouds my judgement.

Wow guys, just put a damper on the mood. lol. Was hoping to see 400 today(it's been a while).
I do think that we will see a spike today. Sometime during the day. If not business hours, then we will break 399 before 12:00 tonight. That's the thing I hate about Alsi, most times move violently after close especially when it's a bull market.
Ntw S, what you see the high for FTSE today? See she's climbing steadily upward.
I'm just looking for FTSE to close above 6630 today.

I don't think it will rally. It will just slowly creep up until it gets to a higher place.

FTSE already above 6600, now 6700 is target

Don't really see us racing out of the pits just yet, normally day or two after futures close-out she is in limbo and volumes will be low next week!
Should rock up come Jan!

Top40 needs to catch up so watch this space...early January should see her heading for the previous highs...got a big cycle low around mid Feb so should see a decent playable move down after...but until then riding the long!

FTSE will end way above 6600 today, so don't worry. I also took a call position above 6600 on FTSE. Already in profit. Hope it opens with a nice gap up as S said.
Think the Brits are a little circumspect for now until their GDP figures at 11h30...

Yup. And dessert.... Got an over nighter on both FTSE (not playing nice right now) and DAX.
FTSE to be above 6595 at 2pm and DAX to end above 9355 at close.
Also have India futures to be above 6165 at 12pm. This one is almost mature currently at 97 points.
