Morning bc,

Nope (no negative divergence yet on the 5 hour chart), but she should stay red today and go up again from tomorrow into the end of the week, my target is around 35200ish (IG futures) 35400ish (forexpros futures) for today's low, will then go long!

Morning Argento

I'm curious how you trade that strategy.. do you just sit tight with an open trade, or are you constantly in and out at various 'impotant' points?

Today i went short at 35775 , took half my contracts off at first tartget (35708) and now waiting for my second target at 35625.

Thanks in advance

How far to ride this short.. don't know. 100 points a day is always commendable though!

Short today, it seems (for now). Bear catcher, as a general rule, don't buy-in too quickly at the start of  a day.

We're getting into euphoria with the S&P. The correction will be spectacular...

Still got a week of good gains ahead, that is after the TOP40 finishes her mini correction fIrst come Monday with a early morning spike and going red the afternoon for the low!

After the 17th the party should come to a halt and the top formations should start for the journey south!

would agree with you if we were at the start of the QE and rate cutting rush. bloomberg reported that since 2007 central bankers have announced a total of 511 rate cuts.... only the oblivious will believe that all of the 511 rate cuts and loads QE are not already priced into S&P and general asset prices.

My view is that the party should stop soon and the greedy normally pay the price.

edit: really don't think we have another 511 interest rate cuts and QE ahead

Actually it does need a narrative: 'have QE, will go up, further'.
