The trend yesterday was nicely up, until it dropped 300 points in 2 minutes!

Entered a sell at 35800 level

blew past resisitnace line at 35795, next noticeable resistance/support at 36100 ...

Got lekke negative divergence for the return move down to the neckline to start this afternoon, target 35100 (forexpros)!

 

She normally stays up till 11-12ish, will cut my longs then and go short before the red tide comes in!

Yeh these speeches (especially Draghi, Bernanke or Merkel) tend to fluctuate this thing through stop losses and back again!

Morning gents. Yes, you would think that it would be up today. US futures have however just turned red and I see all EU futures are reddish...

German production data at 12h00 is potentially a big one and then at 14h30 we have a speech by Stein (US FOMC member).

You might be right Chubby. Better than expected China trade data. East very green. Positive sentiment all over. My speculative short, with the intent of a overnight scalp, may turn out to be a liability. Not confident that a downward spike will take place on IGM. Will see .....
