Look's like it's going to be Lekkerry's scenario 2.The last candle of the daily IGM fwd chart is bullish engulfing.

Ok, let's scrap that......
I was not aware that an engulfing candle engulfs BOTH body and tails/ shadows of the preceding candle.
I thought just the body being engulfed was sufficient.

I'm still sitting long though :-) .

Other than saying there is a chance ALSI goes up, or there is a chance ALSI goes down, my next best blurb would be:

Scenario 1 (Jake-the-bear): Today was an impulsive buy-the-dip scenario, but the actual dynamics of the sell-off is warranted and come tomorrow, she goes down to the sell-off lows (of yesterday)

Scenario 2 (Argento-the-pitbull): Me thinks the more realistic scenario in play here, tomorrow ALSI goes to 34300, before the next move.

Sitting here and looking at the charts on various time scales and finding little guidance.  Your scenario 2 is probably more probable - however, I will not be surprised if there is a small pullback.  Will therefor apply rule DNTE (do not trade expectation).   ;)

On 5 min chart and others a higher low is visible, giving the support line a positive incline.  As you say - we will see ...

From your perspective, Lekkerry is faceless and to a degree nameless, so any opinions expressed are just that, opinions from someone on the Internet  :D

DJ @0.88% + SP500 @1.12% ... The near future still looking good.

Hey, maybe I'll get my extended bounce into tomorrow after all.

:P

Looking at where we are now just irks me ito yesterday's developments. It was so not necessary. Getting smacked for no real technical reason and knocked out etc, not good. Had to get that off the chest. That box not yet ticked.

I think the Boston bombing is in part to blame for the bounce in gold.

What bargain ?? Call by most is for gold to drop below 1200 per ounce. This is typical relief bounce in gold ( silly money)

Trend is down and will continue...

I wonder of Goldman (Sucks) Sachs didn't spec on this one... How difficult can it be to cut your target and short as well?

Might be a silly novice question, but here it is.

Who is the man that sold-out of most of his gold exposure? Is it the same man sinking into the shiny metal again today? Or is this a different kind of investor picking-up the metal at a 'bargain' today?

Reflecting on the missed opportunity of 500 points this morning. I suppose that that is where the experience comes into play. Since I am very weary of pre trading day patterns, I did not believe that the bull run was going to hold. If one has experienced such a thing before, I suppose that there would have been more confidence in what one was o serving. I suppose what happened this morning also does not happen very often.

Whichever way, I do not feel done in at all. One tick in the box ito the psychological side of trading ....may I say :)
