if you look at the top40 in dollar terms then most of today is the rand issues and nothing to do with movement other than correction for the rand, does that change your count, today should have been flat if the rand did not get in the way.

As this is a corrective upmove since the 28th July according to Elliot it needs to create an A, B and C leg!

 

We had the A leg that consisted out of 5 mini waves, we had the B leg down and now the C leg in motion (graph attached)!I can count 3 mini waves up of which topped this morning, sure looks like we are in a mini 4 so one last leg up (5th) and high (47400ish?) to complete this counter move!Let's see if tomorrow or friday does the trick!

 

Then we should see another A, B and C whack down into beginning of September!

I am totally confused I never thought we would get to these levels , the Alsi really is a bull with horns Any targets guys

Must view the bigger picture bc, this is only distribution moves within the larger top formation....moves are powerful indeed so once this thing breaks down it will get ugly!Primary waves takes long to form but resolve very quickly...as V also pointed out!

 

UBS also confirms the markets to top out in August and see the next bear attack into early September!

She pierced the lower weekly bb last week and usually then goes back to the middle one...around 47150ish!

 

5H macd still bullish!

Target hit and good level to open shorts!Might squeeze a little bit higher but the weekly middle bb should hold her!

there's that bullish consolidation playing out...small moves/big money is best if long scalping @these levels. targets mentioned earlier still plausible but you need b@** if trading the larger geared options

Beorn, you could be correct.  overbought on multiple time resolutions(up to 4hr) was expecting some retrace but so far-nothing    bullish consolidation on hourly with possible target 47350-47400(cash)

 

one thing for sure, any which way we choose to skin this cat...ain't gonna be easy!
