Africa will never be regarded as adult until all of its organisations stop admiring and protecting criminal dictators.

MSM et al presents (sponsored) opinion as fact and seeks to indoctrinate. Journalists without ethics proliferate in a swamp of filthy lucre (BBC inclusive).

In response to decades of racism by fearful minority whites called apartheid there will be an eternity of racism by revengeful majority blacks called all kinds of excuses.

Corruption is not yet compulsory but it may as well be - Aggressive africanization uses the racist Employment Equity Act as a club.

Too many humans are too busy copulating to bother about the irresponsible, unsustainable and progressively catastrophic population explosion.

Whilst humanity prevails so will evil. Evil will survive and thrive through sophisticated indoctrination and other conscience-suppressing disguises.

Desmond Tutu has been praying for the downfall of the ANC since 2011. Clearly he needs some assistance with such a difficult and worthy task..

Cockroaches still lurk on sharechat because it is prime real estate for their con artistry, duping and grand theft.

Nice one A, i should have held on to my longs a little longer

Anyway let her go higher and let Bulls make money, Bears will have their chance soon.

Well done to you!

Had a nice pierce of the upper daily bollingerband and don't see her running much higher than 47644 futures so time to short!!

Market should slide down (double top) with bumps along the way into mid April to conclude the return move and Major 2 of Primary V!

A

BlythZ that's a brilliant result, +72% in 10 days, well done!  One of the psychological aspects of trading, I found, was to set and keep a 'reasonable' target figure for growth rate.  If expectations become unrealistic not only are we always disappointed but the potential to 'chase after' high risk trades becomes more attractive............and usually much more costly!

Thanks ianamst, i take it each day as it comes. For me anything above 5% growth for the day would be good i don't have very high expectations. From last week the markets were making very nice moves either up or down so one could capitalise on that. I don't chase high risk trades, those end up wiping one's account and affecting you psychologically and in most cases i end up not taking trades which could be very profitable, so i don't go for high risk trades.

This strategy requires a lot of discipline though.

That is the key, yes. Nicely done!

Cool thanks.

Different strokes for different okes I guess. Well done!

Way too risky for my liking (having 100% margin in the market) though.

I tried working on 50% of capital and realised that is when i average down which i should never do, take yesterday for example when i entered first long and came back after system said short, profit was down to zero. I should have closed the trade and went short but decided to add further down which was risky because after that i saw the Head and Shoulder that was in play and i was down more than 300 pips when market closed, which could have been 300 pips profit had i followed the system.

So for me, it is better to follow the system RELIGIOUSLY!

This strategy requires a lot of discipline though.

I normally use 100% of capital but i trade ALSI, DOW, FTSE and DAX.

I believe if my system tells me to go long or short and tells me to close whilst the trade is not yet profitable i just follow the system. But i think only 15% of the time it does that and i had only a few losing trades, the long on DAX was the most painful one

What percentage of capital did you risk to achieve this? (if I may ask)

The past 10 days were very good for me, account up 72%. Now to maintain that or better still to do better.  B)
