I like this guy's view. I'm not so sure why they is so much gloom, yet the charts seem to be leaning more to the bulls than bears.
Of course, a bigger correction may come, but I'm still adamant it's not in 2014.
Often another good indicator is momentum...and it is up now, she might turn and I could be wrong as you are never 100% but like you said for now it favouring the bulls...see some guys on Caldaro's forum mentioning Primary V or extension of Primary III.
Got burned too many times with shorts thinking a downleg should commence now...doesn't matter how long you are in this game, answer always lies in the charts....charts charts charts!

Haha - no, I am not so sure of that anymore. I can't find the gap that I was thinking of now. I am pretty darn sure I highlighted in a chart which I saved on my system but I cannot find it now.
So at the moment I will go with what you have since you have proof !
Apologies AJS, you are right, i missed the one between 7-10 Feb and that 20 point gap is still open

You sure about that? My data show that there were no open gaps (up/down) since the beginning of this year, and this mornings gap was closed just after 9:00.
The only "open gap" (19 Sept) is imo not a true gap because it was not caused by selling or buying pressure, i see it as a roll-over gap, same as the one on 19 Dec last year.
@ RusQ. also had a sit down with him in '98 when he was involved with SA WARRANTS, and thanks to the pointers he gave me managed to stay alive (have lost a shirt or two when i deviated)

True that. We had gaps close on the way down with this sell off that opened up in January 2014, only closing after 9-odd months.
