Yes, 2 of them with the same name "Molato"

if you trust your out-of the-box tools, why even consider anything else in your trading? apart, obviously, for sharing your insight. i cannot fault that and it is greatly appreciated!

Sorry to ask, but what brings you under the impression that i am considering anything else? I have learned a lot on this forum from other guy's mistakes over the years and if can put something back with charts, it's only a pleasure.

thanks, Mhlato, for your response,

my question as to why consider anything else, should be labelled as rhetorical? i do not know how you actually trade and my intention was not criticism at you  :(

that sure is one magnificent looking dog! had four of them years back (all black) and lost them early to what the vet called pedigree inversion? my daughter switched us to Great Danes (pups forever) and now have two Schnauzers. easily the most social and intelligent breed i ever owned  :)

back to the market!

seems the bear shook some shorts? i'm flat at end-of day, dislike ending at highs (or lows, for that matter), so overrode my system which is still pointing UP.

best now...

Ok, taking profits here for the day (just over 600 pips). Will wait for another dip.

Long term swingers you can relax. The bull still got turpentine. Yea, buy it is!

Africa will never be regarded as adult until all of its organisations stop admiring and protecting criminal dictators.

MSM et al presents (sponsored) opinion as fact and seeks to indoctrinate. Journalists without ethics proliferate in a swamp of filthy lucre (BBC inclusive).

In response to decades of racism by fearful minority whites called apartheid there will be an eternity of racism by revengeful majority blacks called all kinds of excuses.

Corruption is not yet compulsory but it may as well be - Aggressive africanization uses the racist Employment Equity Act as a club.

Too many humans are too busy copulating to bother about the irresponsible, unsustainable and progressively catastrophic population explosion.

Whilst humanity prevails so will evil. Evil will survive and thrive through sophisticated indoctrination and other conscience-suppressing disguises.

Desmond Tutu has been praying for the downfall of the ANC since 2011. Clearly he needs some assistance with such a difficult and worthy task..

Cockroaches still lurk on sharechat because it is prime real estate for their con artistry, duping and grand theft.

Useful 38.2% retrace of the B-wave 1st upleg on gap open, which said closing now. The rest is c-leg action, Close alignment now with SPX.

Something else to ponder on....Caldaro mentions that the Primary waves 2 and 4's are mostly the same in size, now Primary II in 2011 was 5000 points and given that the wave we just saw was already 6000 points my take to see a C wave much lower doesn't fit!If she makes new highs running towards 48000 and pulls back to 41000 again that might fit the Primary IV scenario better....!

But let's see how it goes and if that inverted H&S confirms!Maybe we see a turnaround Tuesday tomorrow....

O. my main problem with std indicators (when trading) is that the MM's knows exactly what the majority traders are looking for using them, so easy money for them.

I have some "out of the box" tools where the focus is purely on price action, imo that rules?

I also do not see the good in trying to figure out where the Alsi will be in the say 6 month's from now, it's not helping at all in day trading.

correct, M. imo..

that said, i gave up on 'target trading' some time ago. just go with price and the prevalent trend in the time frame you prefer. (you wanna see traditional signals and structures fail, stay tuned). more inclined to take at least partial profit in what i see as the early stages of a bear market. i have a relative preference for shorts, but trade what i see. some sort of downleg is due? i am short, but not not because i think it is carved in stone or anything.

trade safe...

True that - it is relative (1% from 40 000 is not the same amount of points as 1% from 47 000) and %'s might create a more "clear" picture....
