The botton of this little corrective (ii) has been well defined here, but not what to expect next.

Once the bottom is in what targets?

The most difficult waves are the badboy 2's and 4's (and their ABC equivalents)

The alternation guideline sometimes works to predict a badboy or a good one but not always.

We just had a sequence of them bad ones, could irritate a bit more but time to waste not so much now.

Most Elliott guys also know how to daytrade, so when it becomes apparent you just step in and step back out.

Better to have separate accounts and double vision.

sometimes you must just listen and say "ja meneer"

at least the next corrective wave wont come back all the way to 78% then??

Africa will never be regarded as adult until all of its organisations stop admiring and protecting criminal dictators.

MSM et al presents (sponsored) opinion as fact and seeks to indoctrinate. Journalists without ethics proliferate in a swamp of filthy lucre (BBC inclusive).

In response to decades of racism by fearful minority whites called apartheid there will be an eternity of racism by revengeful majority blacks called all kinds of excuses.

Corruption is not yet compulsory but it may as well be - Aggressive africanization uses the racist Employment Equity Act as a club.

Too many humans are too busy copulating to bother about the irresponsible, unsustainable and progressively catastrophic population explosion.

Whilst humanity prevails so will evil. Evil will survive and thrive through sophisticated indoctrination and other conscience-suppressing disguises.

Desmond Tutu has been praying for the downfall of the ANC since 2011. Clearly he needs some assistance with such a difficult and worthy task..

Cockroaches still lurk on sharechat because it is prime real estate for their con artistry, duping and grand theft.

I'm on the other side and calling a break out to the upside..daily macd is very bullish and we might see a big push up into Thursday afternoon IMO!

There is a reason Tony Caldaro is the best there is...EW is a major component of trading, thing is we don't really understand it but very crucial to trading and where we are in a bullmarket!

But each for his own strategy! ;)

To me, Alsi looks about ready to break down.

Lets see if US data might have anything to say about it.

Sentiment might have changed from good news is good news and bad news is good news, to good news is bad news, bad news is worse news,

As I think the market is starting to price in rate hikes no matter what happens.

I'm closing my longs at any rally and going short.

This is just my opinion.

A compass is OK to find your way on a cloudy day, but to cross the mountains you should also have a map.

No offence to anyone, and I know to each his own.

But I do not really believe in EW theory.

If I followed EW, I would have missed out on a 1000pip profitable down move, which might in all likely-hood have been a 1000 pip loss if I followed EW.

It might be not a bad addition to a strategy, for some confirmation. But I wont use it as my main tool.

IMO.

Not if but when. Thats the spirit.

Bit if your confidence wanes, reduce. Then it will go for sure.

I tried to get my head around the waves thing twice, still struggling. the point that stops me from using this is the simple fact that you are never sure of the end of the wave, if you call a wave and then it goes higher then you just change and say that is now the new wave top. having said that I do believe that the market trades in a type of wave. This group does offer me the option of taking some added information from V and A and using that as one of the many conformation tools I use to determine the next days trading. there may be a way of using this to day trade I just cant see it, the possible predictions seem to be to loose and not confined enough, the additions from V and A are however sometimes right on the money and I sometimes wonder if I just need to stick with it until l it makes more sense.
