Total correct, agreeNo offence to anyone, and I know to each his own.
But I do not really believe in EW theory.
If I followed EW, I would have missed out on a 1000pip profitable down move, which might in all likely-hood have been a 1000 pip loss if I followed EW.
It might be not a bad addition to a strategy, for some confirmation. But I wont use it as my main tool.

I'm thinking we might go to 45540 ish, which is the 88.6% retracement of the move from 29 Aug to 4 Sept, there I will add longs.
If we get there today before say 2 pm, I will add heavily on the long, and see if it can just leave a tail trough my trend line and end the day above 45800.

Out of shorts, starting to build long again. First long at 45663. Waiting for 45600 to add and lower if so. The fed will not deliver. SAB could also go much higher and scotland will not be independant. So up we go, but it can go much lower before thursday. If we raise interest rates, which i hope will not happen could also be negative. But if i have 200 pips in profit i will take it.

The D.MVT 14 on the 30min chart is also now nicely stretched, indicating that the marked has moved down to quickly... setting us up for a possible upward correction move...
Green line = 8.15 (want it below 10) - ticked
Red line = 52.19 (want it above 40) - ticked
Black line = 38.74 (want it above 40) - not yet ticked
Could go down a bit further, but possible correction upwards move should not be far from here....
Just my view....

Not today IMO...seems we kicked off a new rally now so need to see when she tops out...could run until Wednesday!
But should see some type of retracement back to the gap level maybe tomorrow..wave 2 (return move of the broken downtrend line) before grinding higher...

my 2 cents
the s1 line is right at the point this whole SAB thing started, I have a feeling this will be a bounce, the Up trend yesterday was out of left field and should not have been as dramatic as it was, i still have one worry in that the VIX is still high and looks to go higher, would hold the shorts for a little longer and wait for confirmation. this market in my view still does not have any real direction and is still in limbo.
