Naspers to the rescue again. When is the JSE going to do something about this bloody share? This is not a market anymore.

  1. Trusting strangers on an anonymous chat forum can be a risky business. Even more risky than the stock market.
  2. I have tried to warn the vulnerable, being those without adequate savvy: e.g.: https://swrict.blogspot.com/2018/11/sharechat-warning.html
  3. Vultures circle hereabouts. Give them control and say goodbye to your money.

Could a Gold miner fundi please explain why Goldfields did so well today as opposed to Anglogold/Sibanye...

Is it to do with hedging or something else,,,

No fundi but it appears the warning about earnings not so worrying now that they are released with a broader statement. The following this a.m.

GFI: H1 hEPS 9c vs cons ests 8c, but real positive at South Deep where Q2 production of 73.5koz jumped 60% from Q1 (45.8koz). Still a long way to go to get South Deep in cross hairs of FY target, but so far so good, and AIC costs at the mine decreased from $1,821/oz in Q1 to $1,389/oz in Q2.  Full-year guidance for the group unchanged.

The counts show crude at 2009 post crash. Trump can give red card back to Iran.

Geopolitics not quite so smooth sailing. Western toxic debt can now poison the entire solar system.

Soros driving the big brother machine with foot to floor.

All this and Grace Mugabe too. This is all too much.

Let me pick my nose while contemplating the state of the integalactic media.

Looks as if the inverse correlation between the Forex dollar and WTI is working...

If the Dollar index creeps up more oil should fall further but $45 might be support...

Less demand in the US is also helping drive it down...

Our Alsi likes this level...

Cant really break upwards to test 50000 again...

Why does Africa's elite seem to resort to crime so easily....

Zuma 786 and Zim's first lady case in point but  there could be a very long list of them...

Will be interesting to see if the ANC lets Graceless get away with this...

I agree, the ALSI has run out of steam to push that level again. With that said the stronger rand maybe keeping it contained.

Crude appears to move to enter wave 5 of wave 1 of wave 3 of the bull cycle that comenced Feb 2016.

However, I prefer that this is mid wave 3 reset for an effort more worthy of the count.

Just jumped to 2% must be good.

And Naspers hit 4,25% for the day, got in my shorts at 49270. Need to watch this chart by the minute. What happened to the good old days when we could go by weekly charts.

On FMR business radio yesterday they were discussing Naspers /Tencent...

Some bank claims Naspers is going to R4500/share...(they did  not say when however.. they  always leave out some crucial info)

Banks do not give away free money....

Think about it... Why use the media to make your job harder...

If the punters buy NPN they make it more expensive for you the bank to buy those shares...

Maybe the banks are selling and are trying to sucker the last punters into buying...

No share goes up for ever,,,

even Naspers/Tencent...

If a bank uses the media they are up to no good for you and I...

Appreciate your thoughts on this...

We are informed - maybe believably, probably not - by the mainstream media. Every minute of every day.

Sort of like our daily indoctrination.

And then we are advised by the less totally bought and totally controlled media...

...at the latest count only a handful of individuals own approx 50% of the total "value" of the planet.

Single digits.

And still they cannot take heaven from us, as hard as they try.

Bilderbergerians have long since determined that over 80% of humanity was superfluous to their needs.

This aint getting better folks.

When they want a religion they create one.

When they want a war they make one.

The ancient Greeks never expected a man-made, real-life version of their philosophy, or maybe they did

CB objective is irrational exuberance with low low interest rates forever. And they believe that they have found this golden fleece.

Whereas this will be a fable for future millenials it is here and now and we stable this fable.

I have a feeling that we are entering the buying period supported by irrational exuberance. Do not get sucked in. Careful on this one folks.

And there it is gentleman, the beginning of the end. Ofcourse it needs to push that 48500 mark for us to be sure. But hey not a bad start to the weekend. Got in at 49201 yesterday, only to have my SL bomb me out when I woke up. Not a total stuff up, still have my 49728 that I will keep forever...........or until china's true downfall come to light.

True, central banks have become the new religion! Anything they say goes, void of any consequence or logic. No need for reality. Believe and thy shall be saved!!!

It's beyond ridiculous. All we can do it wait for the bubble to pop.
