VIX is consolidating for one last push higher and has not breached the daily bollingerband to signal a low in the SPX despite the push we saw on friday!

A very important indicator to watch in trying to see if the bottom is in for corrections of these magnitude is the Spyder volume graph, now we have not seen a big enough washout yet on both US and Top40 and believe we will get that this week!She is creating these sideways moves for an impulsive drop down to come...IMO!

 

My stop is at 46400, if she goes past that Intermediate V has already begun, but I doubt it!

Tuesday morning I short bigtime, this reversal should carry into Monday afternoon....but 'n lekke bulltrap coming!

 

Should turn up the daily macd for that magic positive divergence before the final whack down (44500ish)!

What is your take RBM? You called a long on Friday and another great call it was

I think the week is still early but dont see lasting for too long we can probably see 46400-46700 at the max I think, if she doesnt turn down today already

The light red and bright green trend lines will need to be monitored for possible resistance IMO. Must say - was one reversal of note we had on Friday.  Currently sitting almost at the 50% Fib extension (to previous highs).
