Just when one thinks one is now emotionally immune to the market , she comes and gives you a snotklap, then lures you in and then dumps you like a piece of crab crap.

The first goal is to ensure survival – avoid the risks that can empty your account and put you out of the trading business.  :)

Ok, here is my take!

We knew we were busy with the minor 5 of intermediate III of primary III, this weekend Caldaro posted two options that is also applicable on our Index:

A - Minor 5 forming a triangular top (distribution)

B - Minor 5 breaking up into 5 minute waves (consolidation)

With the break of the uptrend line in force since March option A is pretty much confirmed and we should now be heading down to the 38.2 retracement!

Looks like that cycle top I mentioned end of July did come to pass and should create fireworks for the next two weeks!

The average size of the intermediate waves fits in perfectly with a move to the 44200ish futures level, and this Gaza and Russian tension should be the catalyst!

Should create an A down, B up and a final impulsive leg C down!

A

DOW broken down out of a rising wedge - Bearish!

VIX created a bigger tactical divergence versus the new high in the SPX - Bearish!

If this support holds and shoots up, I am going to be in some pain. I have no stop loss in, (I dont want to be hunted).

Maybe we go back to +-46 600 to test the neckline of a broken H&S ?

I will re assess if we get there.

Intermediate IV has begun!

First 2 weeks of August should be very bloody!

38.2 retracement puts her around 44200ish futures!

Out of my longs for still a good profit and short with the kitchensink!

A

now thats great experience
