dunno, but would be surprised if IG does anything nonlegal. often see the same on T40F (SAFEX) and the underlying. kinda game of 'chicken' - eventually one budges and all is even again.

for out-of-system trades, you need TLAC (think like a criminal) :P

I would like to believe so too, but when even the head of the FSB got caught accepting a bribe, I would NOT be surprised!

Funny, as I write this, guess what's playing on the radio.... "Soustrein" by Francois Louw. Great song, sad reality!!

It is an index, isn't it; thus IGcash supposed to mimic it perfectly "in hours"? Same with Futures, except for the initial cost that's supposed to creep close; definitely become bigger?? Or does my logic desert me?! I'm just a layman, but can ad 1+1, I hope...

IG cash has buying and selling pressure so it will not be directly in sync

Is the J200 basically IGTop40Cash? So, I know the difference is in the initial cost of the Future, but how can the difference become bigger; aren't they supposed to get closer to each other as time progress? Just yesterday or day before it was about 100-110, this morning more than 120!!??? Now less than 80! Wonder what it's going to be tomorrow?? I repeat: IG are SCOUNDRELS!!!!

Given this 5H candle in the making the odds is high, when she moves through the 89 like that and comes back usually signals a bottom!

5H macd also very overbought so if she ends like that I'm going long again (good signal)! ;)

Think this drop was overcooked!

Next week is seasonally bullish so I'm looking for that long entry (signal).

Let's not forget the intermediate waves are big in size so comparing it against 1 and 2 this little wave can reach 3000 points down given the 0.384 fib count in total!

But if this bounce coming that is part of the distribution can make a new high we will have to see...!

Still got intermediate V ahead and given that the Fed has announced to cut QE in full come the beginning of October won't be surprised if that kicked off the long awaited primary IV!

best chance for a bounce is right here, if it continues to fall then we are in a really big correction that may be a trend change to down.

Well the S&P 500 and the Dow Futures is currently 1/8% down and chart showing the rest of the world looks like a blood bath, and given the true situation of our economy, Im not so keen on catching the falling piano today, by trying to anticipate going long.

I agree with you, I trade CFDs on medium term horizons and whenever I get an across the board red day I use it as an opportunity to cherry pick and get into those that have been the most affected by fear
