But I highly doubt a man with billions doesn't buy anything. They are all sharks. Don't trust anyone who has a More money than you can count.

It's mesmerizing to watch. Rand gains value and the market doesn't move. As soon as it hits a nice support bang in come the buyers and they continue to buy on even the slightest weakness in the Rand. All that matters is the Rand Dollar cross even though there is a large contingent of shares that generate their value from the Euro and Pound.  It's complete Rand speculation void of any rational thought and is indicative of the kind of retail/ETF buying that evidences a strong top . Bubble mania. Those long holders are going to panic in the extreme when the Rand keeps getting stronger despite the news flow.
