If 44600 holds we could see a move back to 44900 and even 45150... (fut)

K

Doubt it with the 5H macd looking like this...I think the bulls had their dance and the bear armies have arrived, downside should accelerate from here!

IMO down into next friday (end of month) with target 42800ish and then a good oversold bounce into the 06th June...faster will be better!

Aussie market (graph attached) on the brink of a huge turnaround as 2 cycles are topping and DOW broke key support yesteray, expect lower lows from here!

Last but not least looked at the TOP40 2008 top since it has been making the same structure, and according to that the top is in...just sitting tight now with my shorts!!

Took out a new 33% small "insurance" long on my shorts late this afternoon at 44540 and went out. Just got back and opened my lucky packet only to discover my shorts are doing what they are supposed to be doing in a so, so manner and my long about 100 points in the red.......oh well, as 1 goes up the other goes down and vice versa...No stop losses employed, just optimistic limit orders.

More is nog n dag.

Brace yourself we going down

Please be gentle - I would like T40(F) below 44170 but preferably not much below 44000  {for the end of wave (iv)} so as to beautify the diagonal triangle and not parallelize it. This is important if you want the best waterfall feature at the end of wave (v)

Africa will never be regarded as adult until all of its organisations stop admiring and protecting criminal dictators.

MSM et al presents (sponsored) opinion as fact and seeks to indoctrinate. Journalists without ethics proliferate in a swamp of filthy lucre (BBC inclusive).

In response to decades of racism by fearful minority whites called apartheid there will be an eternity of racism by revengeful majority blacks called all kinds of excuses.

Corruption is not yet compulsory but it may as well be - Aggressive africanization uses the racist Employment Equity Act as a club.

Too many humans are too busy copulating to bother about the irresponsible, unsustainable and progressively catastrophic population explosion.

Whilst humanity prevails so will evil. Evil will survive and thrive through sophisticated indoctrination and other conscience-suppressing disguises.

Desmond Tutu has been praying for the downfall of the ANC since 2011. Clearly he needs some assistance with such a difficult and worthy task..

Cockroaches still lurk on sharechat because it is prime real estate for their con artistry, duping and grand theft.

I agree in principle,

IMO, the biggest players in the market are pension funds, and as such are low(ish) risk. their "mandate" (I forgot what it's called), allows them to invest only in certain shares, not really move it between share etc, not even to mention not being able to go back to cash.(Gov & big companiy pension funds are not going to go risky). So they will not be able to close any posi without request of the investor.

So I think it is hedge funds mainly moving our market? I dont know who else?

Maybe that is the snake in the grass?

Agree as well on the bigger portion, but wonder then why those steady inflows don't keep the markets up when crashes occur....think more goes on behind the scenes then we think!

Funny enough a lot of big players on ALSI is based in China...always thought if you look at history there is 1/2 big guns that can dictate the trend alone! But pension and hedge funds biggest 2!

Very complex thing!

?

Depending on your risk profile..if high they place money in and out as they wish, if low they leave it!

They move funds between stocks, what else besides hedge funds is moving this market then?

Individual players make up only a small portion of the volume!

Why would pension funds pull money out on the 20th?

They are not allowed to pull money out, if client's money are still with them, it has to be invested, until the investor requests the close out of his investment?

We got another daily doji candle through the bollingerband and back...all other macd's turning down so even if she spikes up red is on the table for the rest of the week!

After the 20th the pension funds start pulling money out, so let's hope they get something started!

In history May is a very volatile month, again it is proven! ^_^

Hourly I suppose?

In general, to me, failure to reach a resistance line, shows weakness.

But it looks like we might still go for it,

I'm still holding my longs that I did't close @ 44800
