I am bleak i closed my short at 13750..... i think you spot on with this one Loading

went short on VOD last week at 146-50 TP target was 135-50 but fear got to the better of me and exited at 137-00 yesterday. better to be a bit fearful then to greedy,

could run 10000 and slightly over on a short squeeze but yeah..why not, perhaps a third of allocation around current price (9800-9850)

would join you on trade but carrying to many as is, good luck

 

Ill watch it for that 10000 lvl , ill follow your lead - Iam also bit tightly positioned at the moment. Cant afford something to pull a APN on me. 

 

Are you also still holding , if so what is your avg price

I am still dabbling with LHC, seems NTC, MDC & LHC all on the same page.

Crowe - I still like the hospital groups (although a little steep on the PEs), but my pick is still MDC. 

As Queen B stated, people are digesting the results.........personally (although I am taking a fundamental viewpoint), turnovers were up (SA 16%, Swiss 10% and Dubai 26%), which is excellent, but these once off costs, repairs and maintenance and upgrading equipment/improvements were rather high (and some of these costs went through the income statements as opposed to capitalising them)......which indirectly has reduced the basic earnings per share and HEPS.

But there are increased beds coming on line, plus new wings with increased services being added from March 2015, plus the consistent trend of increased inpatients, outpatients, patients day increasing, let alone price increases).....divvy (will pay my interest)

 

I am buying more at R116 - R117 level......

Got stopped out today while doing my other job.

Seems R315 wasn't comfortably away from today's spike north.

In front my screen again & had another read through today's SENS yes it's abysmal.

Watching the price action closely to get back in short.

MDC released SENS this morning with results

Had to laugh at your response CROWE (re: the response to your VOD question earlier).....

But I had a good look at it now, personally if I was shorting it, I would also close it around these levels (R137).......I would be looking at LONG position around R135.30 level (if I can get in)....

 

My MDC trade doing nicely.....but their results out tomorrow, so will either add or hold from tomorrow again.

 

BVT and REM catching my eye at present....
