Anyone eyeing KIO these last few days???
Nice flag on the daily, I'm looking for a run to about 517 if it can get going over the next few days.

forget the global market crack as if that happens price cud go even lower. I am basing my price of 180 purely on result expectations. This one has over extended itself and every tom **** barber and harry has bought into it. It has been priced to perfection. One hiccup and poooooff. A bubble in the waiting. Shp same scenario. P\ E just too high and market will clobber if slightest hiccup. Im short frm R265 and wil continue to hold short for next 6 months at least.

Saad has a little black box...somehow results always meets expectations. I agree H1 2014 results will be underwhelming but that has been well flagged to the market. They have bought a lot of earnings with the latest deals so 2015 should so eps around 1500. Now I guess the trick is to guess the right multiple...let's assume stock derates in orderly fashion to a 17 FPE then one could justify 260 one year out?

I have said on many occasions last year that APN had a phenomenal run and that the stock needed to rest. I also said that one should only look at it again in Mar 2014 as stock will struggle to get through the 265 level. I still stand by my call...can't see the H1 results being a catalyst. This is a great company but very expensive and over owned...patience is required. If the EM rout continues this one could go to 225 where I would be a big buyer.

that's why i like this forum. everyday you learn something new. thanks

If global markets crack then yes 180 is on. Absent that I will be very surprised to see it fall much below 220.

Bought myself a small amount of FSR, SBK and WHL. Small. Very small.

Must be honest was concerned that WHL could be hit when markets starts to worry about rates but I didn't expect it to be this severe. 5900 is key and need to hold otherwise it could go to 5000. I like FSR at these levels as local LO are also buying. Problem is the US Hedgies are coming in to short FSR and from ABL experience we know that they have very deep pockets. So be very careful and only add FSR in small chunks. Tomorrow is month end and SA Hedgies are limit long FSR so I expect FSR will end the day strongly. What happens next week is anyone's guess.

Guys I'm sitting with an MTN long which is in a small profit. Would you advise that I close it after the latest news about the fee cut? (This is a short-term trade)

Stop stop stop! Is the safe word :P

I'm really sitting on hands now...its tough to see where this headless chicken is going.

On the upside...I love times like this to add to the long term portfolio, wallet is ready to help out some of these desperate sellers, I've been waiting to add to my ATT, ROC and MTA holdings.

difficult to pick bottom in this climate on APN, as you said but i would imagine at 240< buyers will be interested.  would be interesting to see how much of the slide is directly attributable to foreign money offloading. feeling comfortable adding incrementally at these prices

imagine how many stops blown around that magical 240 support level..glad i wasn't one of them

looks like its recovering nicely. lets hope it continues to go up
