cut my teeth on CFD's made enough profit , moving over to ALSI...been a blast guys, many thanks for all input both new and older members.

Thanks BBW - also looked at the longterm PA last night, and I agree that riding it out would be a better bet. My synopsis (not anything to be relied upon mind you) is that today IPL will hit a low and will then rise over the next week to above the high of 2 weeks ago.

Adding to IPL at 202.75

Thanks Delta. I just don't have the courage to leave trades unattended in this climate. Have experience of being away at from the screen & they were expensive...

Unfortunately work commitments got in the way so could not monitor & still pissed at losing some healthy alpha with my KIO long from the previous drop.

Still hold VOD in my LT so all is not bad.

I have so much egg on my face at the minute I'm afraid to drive           

don't sweat it soutie, sold out on LT side at 121.00(just before div as well )  market was under pressure with taper uncertainties and TA suggested top was in(or close, at least)

 

making big $ with large exposure on WHL/TFG/TRU so mitigates the sting somewhat on money that i could of made on VOD.

Must say price action on VOD is like watching paint dry.

Results were not great yet solid & divi was good.

Must just be out of favour gonna cut my long at break even

Try look at the REM setup, it looks good for another move up 210-ish?

to much exposure on market for me at the moment.  wouldn't feel comfortable, adding more.  if i was a little lighter then REM would be definite long my side.

yep..75.00 is my medium term 1st target, will bank profits on 1st target setting tight stops with a hopeful 78.00 as 2nd target.

 

 

on a side note...any forumites go long MTN this morning at 192.00? if so well done..missed it
